What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an insight exchange firm that collaborates remotely to deliver management consulting services in a disruptive way. We assist our clients during their critical decision-making process journey with quality insights at speed. Our portfolio of services includes:

What concerned me the most while working as a consultant is that the time we put into processes and travel - adds more cost and less value to the client's decision-making journey, especially when decision-making has to be quick and critical.
Working remotely during Covid-19 has taught me that market dynamics are shifting, and clients are looking for alternate solutions that are fast, reliable, and cost-effective.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are still very new in the business to count on accomplishments, but I would say that we believe in "retain and repeat" - our clients value our work, and we have repeated business. We stand for quality instead of quantity.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It's not easy to come up with something new and succeed. Most of the time, you end up explaining the business model to the client. However, challenges set a course for us to thrive. Nothing worth having comes easy.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You have to be extremely passionate about an idea. Passion makes it a play; else is extremely hard work.
- Entrepreneurship demands resilience; there are no holidays even if you are on holidays.
- Consistency is the key. Take risks, make mistakes, learn and re-learn quickly.
