What's your business and who are your customers?
Changing perspective and mind-set around having an 'incurable' disease in order to use it to your advantage rather limit you.
Tell us about yourself
I do this after becoming really disillusioned with the corporate world and discovering a spiritual path (which was largely thanks to my Multiple Sclerosis).
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Watching my clients transform and love their lives.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Learning where to focus your attention and accepting that you will never get it all done!
What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
1. Develop a clear vision and know your Why - to keep you going when you hit obstacles
2. Get yourself an accountability partner/mentor / coach - one or more person on a similar journey, or a few steps ahead - helps to keep on track and discuss any issues
3. Live by the mantra - The only way to fail is to give up!
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
A good morning routine including exercise, meditation, journalling. Listen to your body - essential when living with a chronic illness.
Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?
James Wedmore - Business By Design
The Mind Your Business Podcast by Abraham Hicks
Helena Holrick (my coach) The Connection Hub Facebook Group
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
My entrepreneurial and spiritual journey are very much interlinked. By trusting the Universe, I have developed a greater courage to move into a world I am creating!
