What's your business, and who are your customers?

As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I work with CEOs of scale-ups from all over the world who are being called to step up, stop being just good managers, and start becoming great leaders. My Clients are charismatic CEOs and founders of companies that are scaling up. They are ambitious and entrepreneurial and want to make a massive impact. I help them to build a legacy that lasts.

Tell us about yourself

I absolutely love my work. Back in 2018, during an event, a few people were curious if I am a coach - I had never thought about this before, so it was the first time I started to open up to this idea. Since then, I have completed three world-class certifications and founded my own coaching and advisory practice. What motivates me each day is seeing the results of my clients, being able to serve them at the highest level, and creating an impact for the whole organisations. This fulfills me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Rapid growth followed by my continuous self-development and transformation. Quadrupling my business a few times since I started. Hiring a few amazing experts. Being able to give back to the community.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Facing the uncertainty of the future - one needs a strong self-trust to be able to manage the risk of owning their own business and not having the stability and the feeling of safety that comes when working for someone else.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Find your passion and understand why you're doing this. If you just want to make money - don't do it. It takes inner motivation and inspiration to show up daily in your business. You become your own boss and need to connect to your inner drive.
