What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a woman-owned business focused on leadership development for individuals and organizations through career coaching and innovative programming. Our customers are people that are ready to take the next step in their career and/or leadership journey!
Tell us about yourself
I am passionate about re-invigorating the hearts and minds of those I work with to help increase their personal and organizational impact. My mission is to bring humanity back into the workplace. I spent more than fifteen years working in Global Human Resources before transitioning to leadership coaching in 2012. Driven by a fascination with people and commitment to positive change, I've sought to become a trusted resource beyond the walls of a single corporation.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishments at Coaching 4 Good are actually made up of many small, personal accomplishments that reside in the hearts of each of our clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having enough time to work on the business while also doing the work of the business. I started as a career coach, and the larger business followed, so I am intentional about dividing my time to make sure that my individual clients are stable in their growth and the business, as a whole, is moving forward and creating the deepest impact possible.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Follow your passion.
- Set goals that are aspirational and attainable.
- Celebrate all the things.
