Tell us about yourself

I used to be a professional soccer player and know how it feels to perform in front of 60000 people. Knowledge, experience, and hands-on coaching are the key motivation to see people "win their inner game" and perform at a high level.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We supported a young player from being an unwanted player to a top professional in one of the best leagues worldwide - the German Bundesliga.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things as a business owner is not to get too carried away with being successful. Staying humble and grateful is a key part of sustainable success.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
