What's your business, and who are your customers?

clubX fitness is a private fitness club ideally suited for a discerning clientele located in Coral Gables - the only club with a membership cap that ensures an always healthy uncrowded workout environment - we pride ourselves on being the most open, welcoming, comfortable fitness environment found anywhere!

Tell us about yourself

As a former professional athlete, fitness has been a part of my life from an early age - I stumbled into the business during a visit to a local gym with my father to make sure he didn't get "ripped off" when he was inquiring about joining. I am truly inspired by building and creating environments that allow people to achieve their personal goals.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have always maintained a firm belief in my business concepts/principles, even when it seemed my ideas might not pan out to be a success.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Dealing with unreasonable people and adjusting to the drastic/dramatic changes in our world.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be determined to succeed/take the chance (you can always fall back on working for someone else) / work with people, don't direct them.
