What's your business, and who are your customers?

Health and wellness organization. Offering Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy services. Customers are people who want to live life to the fullest!

Tell us about yourself

I have always been entrepreneurial. Always looking at creating new ways of doing things and how to do them better. Working as a Physical Therapist for some great people inspired me to start my own company. This allows me the freedom and flexibility to choose my own path, and every day I wake up excited to start a new day! I see the future of healthcare changing, and I’m excited to create a model that continues to change with the ever-changing market and service the needs of all our clients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating an ethical organization from the ground up that has allowed me, my children, and my employees the safety, flexibility, and financial means to live our lives in balance.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Finance. I am continually pushing myself to be more financially educated. At the end of the day, the decisions you make affect a great number of people… sometimes I haven’t always considered the financial implications while following my dream!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Listen to your gut. It never lies to you.
  2. Follow your own path. You can take advice from anyone and everyone but remember whose dream you are chasing.
  3. Love what you are doing. There will always be bad with the good, but if you love what you are doing, the bad just teaches you to keep looking for more good!
