What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach specializing in life skills, career, and transitional coaching services. My clients are individuals who would like to achieve certain goals in their life and would like some help to get between where they are and where they want to be to have a more fulfilled life that is authentically themselves.
Tell us about yourself
I have a vast experience in different industries and environments that have helped me have a better understanding of a number of arenas, and I have worked with a diverse population, from executive leadership to hourly staff, that includes all types of diverse cultures and backgrounds. I truly enjoy helping people realize their potential and understanding that all my clients are whole and complete, just as they are, and I am grateful and honored to be part of the journey. When the client has a breakthrough in awareness and solutions, it motivates me every day to work to help someone else.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting started has been my biggest accomplishment so far. Taking a dream and a vision to use my skills, experience, and talent to help others and improve the world around us is extremely rewarding.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Riding the waves of change and trusting the process. Not one day will be the same as the next; however, I believe that each day we can learn something, even if it is just what not to do tomorrow. The responsibility is huge, and the rewards can be too.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find your passion in your purpose - and something that drives you, motivates you and wakes you up in the morning with a sense of "Let's do this!"
- Take that purpose and see how you can make money from it.
- Investigate, educate, learn, and then BEGIN taking those steps to make it happen.
