What's your business, and who are your customers?

Cies Treats, LLC is a sweet treat shop that creates from scratch decadent sweets that are suitable for any occasion. Our priority is to please our customers with not only excellent customer service but with sweet treats that will have them coming back for more.

Tell us about yourself

As the owner of Cies Treats, LLC, I have always had a passion for baking. My grandfather was an executive chef and sous chef, and just watching him cook and bake, I became intrigued at a young age to create beautiful products with the taste to match. Giving customers the opportunity to taste products made from love is what most motivates me each day to do what I love to do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is giving back to the community by donating my time to worthy causes. Another achievement is being called upon to help make customers' special occasions a day to remember.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

While it is exciting being a business owner, it can be not easy at times to be able to juggle your everyday life.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Develop an idea for your business.
  2. Develop a business plan for your business.
  3. Research every aspect that your business would require.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

It is important that you enjoy every aspect of your business. Make serving others wholeheartedly your priority and making a difference your mission.
