What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a master certified law of attraction coach in business for 22 years, helping people move from struggle, pain, drama, and chaos to feel more pleasure and love, and light in their lives. I help people release their energy blocks so they can reach their goals and desires personally, professionally, and financially; my clients are typically women who have been involved in personal development or energy work or are new to it and really want to take a fast track or a deep dive Into themselves and create a better life.

Tell us about yourself

When I was in my early 20s, my older sister was going through a deeply personal journey of recovery from addiction, and she wasn’t diagnosed at that time, but she was definitely bipolar, etc., and she ended up giving me my first personal development book, which changed my life. And I started going to therapy myself and started to meditate and learn about the law of attraction and energy, and at that time, she committed suicide. And I was determined to heal myself so I didn’t end up like her. And in the process of following my passion and feeling on purpose as a light worker where I play with energy and light and help others release lower-level energy, such as emotions of shame and guilt, I’m motivated every day to do what I do because I need to make sure that I am applying the basics of what I now know and teach that works for me and has worked for hundreds of thousands of people.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I’ve had many accomplishments as a business owner. And depending on what lens you look at it, I’ve had great success in building an amazingly supportive and loving team. I have also had success in partnering and making friends with some of the top people in the industry. I have titles such as New York Times, best-selling author, master, certified, lava traction, coach,… I’ve been on the covers of magazines… I’ve written seven different books… I’ve had many endorsements and interviews with the top people in the industry, and all of it is because of the impact and light I created within the clients that I have worked with and that have read my books. That’s my greatest success.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, one of the hardest things is that sometimes you have to make decisions for the business that may not be agreed upon by someone that works with you. For example, I had to adjust the business during downtime and had to let go of some incredible people. And as much as I try to keep emotions out of it. They ultimately got their feelings hurt, and those relationships ended.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Everything first starts with energy. So I will get clear on what energy you want to hold inside the container of your business. I understand that your business is a container and that it reflects your own energy and vibration. That’s what most entrepreneurs or business owners don’t understand is that everything is energy, and it gets reflected in a form such as a team, money, productivity, impact, and all the measures of success in a business. Get clear on what type of people you want in your business to support you, their qualities and characteristics, and who you need to be to attract that level of support. Know your WHY. Why do you want to do what you do and what will move and inspire you every day when things aren’t flowing or going the way you want?
