What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a meat shop and a specialty shop.

Tell us about yourself

I first started as a meat wrapper in 1980 to work my way up as a meat cutter Meat Manager, and now my own shop.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to provide high-quality meat and great customer service and knowledge for customers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having a responsibility to not only my employees but also my customers.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Follow your dreams and always believe in yourself.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

It’s been 30 years since I started this business, and I’ve always said I wanted to do my own business, and I did it, and I’m proud of myself and my family for the job that they’re doing.
