What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the largest coaching & consulting firm for mortgage and real estate pros in the American Banking industry.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Christine Beckwith, and I am a 30+ Year Veteran of the Mortgage Industry. I held positions ranking from Originations all the way to Senior Vice President of Sales. In my 30 years, I was corporate oversight for two national firms in originations and business development, spanning marketing, financial forensics, and all areas of sales leadership, including training and curriculum.
I have won numerous industry awards, appeared in the many finance industry magazines and today am a 4X Best Selling Author. I appeared on huge stages and shared billing with famous speakers like Gary Vaynerchuk Agent2021 at the Miami Garden Stadium and Ryan Serhant of Millionaire Listing at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, to name a couple. In 2018 I made a move from my direct work in the industry to dedicate my life to serving the other professionals in what I call my now "legacy years" by founding 20/20 Vision for Success Coaching, now the largest consulting firm in the American Banking & Brokering Industry.
I've been a correspondent anchor and a journalist, and today I own two magazines, The Vision Magazine & Women With Vision Magazine.
My Vision has impacted the lives of thousands of people, and my quest to help evolve the industry and bring professionals to the cutting edge of modern-day marketing with incredible business success is in full motion today. A mother, daughter, sister, and partner to a loving family, I call myself a "happy and ever-evolving human."
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
This year I won the 'Most Powerful Woman in Fintech (Financial Technology) Award by Progress in Lending. This list is such an honor to be a part of, as I feel like it is prestigious and lends to the credibility of my organization and product.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Starting from scratch and scaling. We have grown over 3000% in 4 years which is an astronomical level to rise to the occasion to scale to.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a plan and stick to it, even if it needs tweaking (I wrote a whole book on this subject, ' Wise Eyes- See Your Way to Success').
- Be formidable in protecting your culture.
- Lead with Vision.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
My purpose is "Emotional Awakening through Education." It is my belief that professionals who have worked for me or with me in consulting have benefited from a keen understanding that you can only learn at your greatest level when you are motivated, inspired, focused, and ready to receive learning.
