What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm running eCommerce stores and a YouTube channel documenting my journey as an entrepreneur.

Tell us about yourself

I got started at 11, as I badly wanted an iPod touch to play with my friends. Through various hustles like sports card trading, I was able to save up enough money to fulfill this dream. I fell in love with the feeling of independence and freedom you get when you have some money. I never stopped working from the point to achieve the ultimate feeling of freedom.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Crushing the first $1M with our e-commerce store and being featured on the German version of Shark Tank were two of the most memorable moments.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Showing up every day (even on the bad ones).

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on one thing; the shiny-object syndrome is killing so many beginners.
  2. Find something where your skills, knowledge, or contact brings you an advantage.
  3. Copy what already works. To get started, you don't want to innovate too much; rather, focus on proven business models.
