What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have owned and run a commercial 24/7 gym for the last 7 years and have been in personal training for the last decade. I started creating automated fitness programs and providing one-on-one online fitness coaching for the last 4 years. A large majority of my customers are women in the 25-50 age range.
Tell us about yourself
I am 47 years old and have been religiously training since I was 16. Fitness and strength training has been a passion of mine for over 30 years now.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Taking my commercial gym from 133 members when I bought it up to a 500-member gym within two years.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Time management and stress.
