What's your business, and who are your customers?

Chiropractor for the Mind (TM). Adjust A Thought. Change Your World. This type of coaching is for anyone suffering from CHRONIC THOUGHT PAIN. I used to suffer terribly from Chronic Thought Pain. I constantly told myself I was "not enough" and, as a result, made my life and career as difficult for myself as I possibly could.

I am now in Thought Pain Remission and love and adore myself and the incredible life and career I have. If your thoughts and/or inaction are getting in the way of fulfilling your dreams and getting what you want out of life—the affordable Weekly Adjustment Coaching Group is for you. Tell us about yourself

I'm Peter Pamela Rose, CPC. I am a Certified Professional Coach with well over 25,000 hours of professional coaching experience. My coaching training includes a decade-long mentorship with Arlene Rosenberg (author of Say It, See It, Be It) and coaching certifications from iPEC, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

In addition to my coaching company Chiropractor For The Mind (TM), I founded the successful coaching company Acting Business Boot Camp, where I motivate actors and expose them to the Agent's & Casting Director's points of view. This unique approach empowers artists to have the courage to create opportunities for themselves so that they can show their talent with honesty and confidence.

What motivates me each and every day? To help others to heal their Thought Pain and create a life that works for them and not against them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I love being me, which I consider to be my biggest accomplishment as a human being, and that reflects in everything I do and create, including being a business owner.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Building a sustainable team that you trust to take over the elements of your business (your baby) so that you can focus on the ideas to help the company grow. Today, I have the best team of women - EVER!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you are a MASTER at Time Management and yourself.
  2. Ensure you are constantly learning more about your field so that you know you are offering your clients the very best. Why should they trust and invest in you if you are not investing in yourself?
  3. Make sure you are crystal clear on what you want, and be especially clear on how much you want it.
