What's your business, and who are your customers?
I do catering; my clients are from all around the world! As an entrepreneur, I was looking to lunch an online business that revolves around food and also gives the client the option to order from all around the world! My clients are able to send gifts to their loved ones on their special occasions, even from abroad! I also provide platters and tables for parties, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, etc. My orders and creations are mostly customized, and that's one of the highlights of my business! I really enjoy doing personalized spreads based on the client's preferences!
Tell us about yourself
I was born and raised in Iran, a country where food keeps the culture and origins alive. Our culture has historically integrated with cuisine! Therefore, as an Iranian, my world has always revolved around food. I have always loved to be a part of people's joy, and that's why I made Charcuterie Highlights happen!
I started this business after being encouraged by my family and friends.
My biggest mission when I established this business was to bring people together with food because food is the universal language and creates a world to share our love.
Feeling the love from clients motivates me to keep going and pursue my passion! Alongside what I do as a business, I have made lots of friends, which means the world to me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I had exceeded my expectations from when I first started my business.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing my personal life and other jobs ( bank teller) while keeping up with my business.
