Make Difficult Choices Effectively and Easily - George Kriza
Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with George Kriza, CEO of Challenging Decisions, located in North Barrington, IL, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
There are times when the management of our business takes us out of our comfort zone. When we are feeling a heightened state of anxiety, we may end up taking one of several courses.
Quite typically, we stall making a decision when we don't see the issue clearly. And stalling decisions create problems up and downstream. How can we get our head around an issue where we are not an SME (subject matter expert)?
We are faced with a problem that seems unsolvable. One example is that a very key team member is causing issues with the rest of the team. Yet this team member is so vital you can't seem to visualize a go-forward approach without them. Dealing with the situation will require a level of courage and clarity that pushes you way out of your comfort zone.
This list could go on and on. What's the best thing you could do? Make your own list.
