What's your business, and who are your customers?

CEOAccel™ is a new invitation-only virtual community for CEOs of $1M+ revenue companies, offering virtual network building, a virtual learning platform, virtual business/executive/team coaching, mastermind groups, and other benefits to support CEOs as they address business opportunities and challenges, accelerating positive outcomes leading to faster growing, higher value companies.

Tell us about yourself

I studied coaching starting in 2015 because I had hired a coach during my career, and it was transformational. I wanted to know why coaching is so effective as a catalyst for growth. My passion is to build a community of wholehearted leaders who learn and grow together to make our highest and best contributions to our families, our companies, our communities, and our world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My clients' accomplishments are my biggest thrill, whether 10Xing revenue, getting teams to work well together, or making significant personal growth as leaders. This is what has gained recognition for my work: client results.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Every business owner I know struggles with time because we forget that we are finite and limited. I'm no exception. This is why I work with clients to help them focus and get the right things done so you can gain time freedom and grow a high-value company.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your research to be sure you are clear not only on the viable market but on your niche market and to be confident that your services or products fulfill a real need or solve a real problem.
  2. Do the work to write a good business plan before you try to secure funding. If you are bootstrapping, make accurate financial projections and be sure your funds will allow you to ramp up to profitability.
