What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is a B to C business. I opened my own Holistic Clinic, and I am a practitioner.
Tell us about yourself
I formerly worked in a multinational field for about ten years, but I did not feel complete. So I asked the universe to have an answer… and you know, one day, “shift happens.” I started to study hard while I was working, and four years later, I graduated as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner. So I went to China to practice in hospitals and to connect deeply with this specific understanding of what health is and what the world is because everything is holistic and linked together.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The first and most important one is having customers find balance and health because when they come, they are feeling bad or having health issues. The second aspect and very important one is running a healthy business. Everything is about health. And you can see my business is a win-win business!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It is about safe boundaries. You have to learn that sometimes saying NO aid the best for everyone. For you, your team, and your customers.
For sure, there are so many manners to say or name it, but it is very important.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Maybe just being yourself in any circumstances. Today we mostly have to sell ourselves through the internet and let our prospects see what we are doing. I think it is a mistake…it’s better if they see how you are.
