What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a local bakery that specializes in baking from scratch. We are well-rounded in our products and are also known for baking for dietary restrictions. Whether it be gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, egg-free, and/or any of those combinations, we have a large selection for all restrictions all restrictions. We work hard at what we do and have a team of young professionals who inspire one another to create new products as well as have fun on the job. We take great care and precaution in the preparation of our items to help avoid cross-contamination. This is something that all staff front and back of the house are trained heavily on to ensure the utmost safety for our customers. We make specialty breads ranging from rosemary sea salt, jalapeno popper, coconut curry, and many more. We also make a large assortment of bars, squares, cookies, custom cupcakes, and cakes and always dabbling with new culinary creations.

Tell us about yourself

I am somebody who does not sit still well. So for me, baking and cooking is a great ways for me to be productive and express myself in a positive and fun way. I have always loved baking and loved the challenges that come with it. It is also something that I'm able to continue learning and expanding my knowledge. I love a challenge, so baking is truly a rewarding job for me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My largest accomplishment is having a full staff of hard-working, loyal employees. Cate deeply about my staff and work hard to maintain the awesome and fun work environment that we have.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Staff - Staff - Staff
