What's your business, and who are your customers?

By day I am a member of the Talent Team at CaseWare International Inc., helping them to scale the business. This year alone, I brought. In my free time, I am working on my two side businesses serving the community as a Coach and a Talent Acquisition Consultant. The way I'd like to think about it - I build teams, and I build people.

As a Coach, I provide:

  • Spiritual Coaching
  • NLP & Life coaching
  • Communication Coaching
  • Career Coaching

As a Consultant, I help growing businesses hire the best talent on the market.

Tell us about yourself

The source of my drive is simple. I fundamentally love people :) My mission is to help people achieve higher degrees of freedom. Spiritual, Career, Financial, Freedom from their own limiting beliefs. That translates into everything I do. My Talent Acquisition work. My coaching work. Mentoring. Teaching. Speaking gigs. And of course, writing :)

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My relationships. People who come as clients stay as friends forever :)

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I wish I could clone myself so that every separate me could work on a separate project :)

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You are not your thoughts. Be a spiritpreneur. Your spiritual awakening will unblock you in every area of your life. You are not your thoughts! Ignore the voice in the head.
  2. Just start. Don't look for an easy way. The obstacle is the way. The shortcut is the longcut. Step by step, you will pick up all the right tools and meet all the right people on the way. At first, you choose the path; then, the path chooses you.
  3. Lose yourself in selfless service. Give more than you take. Solve real problems for real people. Money will come. The purpose is the only thing that matters.
