My business is a career and leadership growth coaching company. My customers are leaders in tech or tech-related corporations who are ready to advance to the exec level.

My career pivot started on the back of a bar napkin. :-)
That bar napkin moment ultimately evolved into my biggest win, which has been Career Growth Coaching. It’s the vehicle that allows me to realize my mission. To make a positive impact in people's careers.
Simply said: I help leaders get great jobs.
My mission and what motivates me every day is to inspire and empower people to make a positive difference in their careers. I absolutely believe that you can do work that energizes you and make a lucrative living doing so.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Leaving a legacy that I've made a real difference and positive impact in my clients' careers - and lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a great CEO and coach simultaneously.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know what is most important to you professionally and how you can make the biggest impact.
- Surround yourself with smart people who have done it already and can teach you to grow.
- Take consistent action, learn from it, and keep improving what you deliver.
