CAPE is a global movement. CAPE is mindset and empowerment for all ages and ranges of ability. There are two programs currently available. CAPE for homes and CAPE for schools.
Children And Parents Empowered
CAPE is for families who are ready to embrace life fully and help the children in their lives to do the same. It is an educational system to teach and guide children and adults to expand their awareness, elevate their mindset, enhance their self-image, and embody positive energy in a calm and confident manner. This program teaches and applies science-based strategies such as spaced repetition to condition your subconscious mind for optimal life results. CAPE for homes also creates a like-minded, supportive community.

CAPE for schools is a system for educators and students to learn and apply science-based strategies such as spaced repetition for optimal results academically, emotionally, socially, and behaviorally.
Tell us about yourself
Welcome to the CAPE Movement! We are all a family here! We are Angie Leitnaker and Renee Vardouniotis. Between the two of us, we bring to you over three decades of teaching experience working in schools. We found a common passion for mindset and personal development, and we are excited to share this material with you. Our passion for serving ignited when we realized that we could provide valuable supplemental pieces to the educational puzzle that every child would benefit from learning.
Our Vision
Our collective vision is to positively and permanently impact in excess of 100 million families worldwide, creating a generational shift in paradigm. Our commitment is to increase mindset and self-awareness and for it to be common practice in homes and schools globally.

For the first time in educational history, we are utilizing revolutionary methods to help children and families raise their awareness and connection to each other so they can set intentional goals and attain them with ease.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are extremely proud of the brand's mission and core values. We are honored and grateful to have attracted a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic team of individuals who are purpose- and impact-driven. We have organically built a team of successful advisors who have a passion for sharing this movement globally.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
We have built this brand from the ground up. Thus far, 100% of the investment has been internal, both financially and energetically. To say that we are vested in the success of this movement is an understatement. We are on a mission to get this content in as many homes, schools, and lives as possible!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- We are big advocates for pursuing your dreams. If something lights your soul on fire, go all in and keep the vision front and center....always. Giving up is not an option, no matter what challenges or obstacles arise. Pivot when necessary. Just keep going!
- Surround yourself and your business with like-minded individuals who share your vision.
- Be sure to keep lines of communication open and allow others to provide support in areas in which they have strength. #togetherwerise

The CAPE Super Power Program has been created to help raise awareness around understanding the mind, the power of our thoughts, enhancing self-image, setting goals, and navigating our feelings.
