What's your business, and who are your customers?
CanDo makers of Keto Krisp is a low carb, low sugar, great-tasting snack bar.

Our core tribe, whether Keto or not, embodies the CanDo spirit. That's the common thread in our tribe. They do, instead of a dream. They decide to live the way they want. And we know from experience and observation that the "decision" to do isn't actually one easy decision; it's many, many decisions over and over again.
To get up and make the decision to be better, again and again, to continue at it no matter what takes awareness, courage, willpower, strength, an open mind, and attempts and willingness to push past failure. It is for this reason that we named our tribe the CanDoers. Our tribe is brave, bold, and determined. To put it simply, they do the thing!
Tell us about yourself
Hey! I'm Adam, Founder of the greatest-tasting snack bar on the planet, Keto Krisp. I was born with Cerebral Palsy and have used an electric wheelchair my entire life. From an early age, my parents instilled in me that life is about what I CAN DO, not what I can't do.
At 42, I was overweight and needed to make a change. I transitioned to a keto-based diet and began exercising daily. I lost 65lbs! During my weight loss journey, I couldn't find an on-the-go snack that tasted good. So, I created Keto Krisp, the perfect combination of a protein bar with an unrivaled taste and premium nutritional ingredients. After all, life's too short to eat sh##y tasting bars.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building this CanDo community full of people with CanDo stories that have not only inspired me but everyone around them!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
You have to be flexible. Nothing is smooth sailing! You gotta roll with the punches and make the best of it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
