Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in pet care but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Cindy Huang, founder of C&D Pet Studio, located in Toronto, ON, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

C&D Pet Service is a corporation dedicated to pet service, especially pet grooming. C&D Pet Studio has a professional team and a couple of locations in the Great Toronto Area.

Tell us about yourself

C&D Pet Studio always wants to alleviate its customers’ burden. I wanted to have a business to serve all the furry angels. I wanted to take all pets as long as I could. Who is going to do the grooming for the pets if we are all picky? Pets are adorable but sometimes also impatient because of their nature. Assisting all furry angels to keep me motivated every day. I hope my business gets better, so I can serve the market better.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is the compliments and satisfaction of my customers. The happiness of all furry angels is my achievement, and I will keep doing so.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think handling a lot of different things each day is one of the challenges. Being a business owner means life is volatile because there are new challenges each day.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Care more about the community is one of my advice for business. Be patient and take feedback seriously.
