What's your business, and who are your customers?

C.A.H Wellness is a Nutrition and Fitness Coaching business. I strive to teach my clients the basics of nutrition and fitness so they can achieve their desired transformation in a way that is sustainable!

Tell us about yourself

I've always had a passion for health/fitness and a passion for helping others, one day, I decided why not do both!! I have been in the health and fitness industry for almost a decade, and I have seen its side where things are broken. The media fill our heads with fad diets and keto-friendly food. People think that when they get older, they shouldn't be able to move as well. These two things are so far from the truth, and as a coach, I am striving to educate people that a healthy strong can move and feel great for your entire life!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Quitting my full-time job and investing full-time into my business.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You forget that you are not head of marketing, customer service, billing, and everything else that comes with a business!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. In the hard times, stay consistent in your work and focus on your why!
  2. Continue innovating your business!
  3. DO NOT sell yourself short. Know the value of your time or product, and do not charge or settle for anything less!
