What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help small business owners land and keep more of the right clients. I focus on each client’s mindset and attitude. The people who have worked with me always mention how much they appreciate the actions that I help them take. The ideal client for me is a person who is a freelancer or solopreneur who is struggling to grow their business. The person is also open-minded and willing to work towards change.
Tell us about yourself
After many years of working as a writer and marketing and sales, I felt a desire to help people more directly. I discovered the skill of coaching and studied for one year. My mission is to help people avoid unnecessary suffering in their life. And to become truly happy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Developing strong relationships with clients.

Finding the right resources for support, encouragement, and practical advice.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do your homework to make sure the business is viable.
- Write a marketing plan and get professional input on whether it’s realistic.
- Make sure you have enough cash on hand to get you through the first year.
