What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a coach and consultant who helps guide clients to success in their growth and goals. I work with entrepreneurs, parents, students, and really anyone noticing a sense of overwhelm and seeking support to move through that.

Tell us about yourself

I began working with people as a yoga guide in 2017, and the development of a full coaching practice has grown in the years since then. Breathwork and embodiment practices kept me grounded through the most difficult times of my life, and I felt called to share them. As I did that, people would often share those hard moments with me, and my desire to serve that journey deepened. I further educated myself through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and created partnerships with integrative health professionals to support my clients through challenges and stress. I lost both of my parents at an early age, and losing my mother was a result of the immense and unsupported overwhelm she felt after losing her loved one. I feel motivated knowing that we each can change our relationship to stress, and I am grateful I get to share that with people every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The incredible part of coaching is getting to see so many breakthroughs happen. I get to feel that accomplishment along with my clients, and it is a great perk to work with people in this way.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Business can be overwhelming when goals and intentions are not well defined. A goal alone is not enough; you have to define how you want to get there and how you want it to feel on the way. The goal always changes, so the way you take the steps is important.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Take care of your wellbeing, and choose support wherever you need it.
2. Get clear about what you want to create and how.
3. Do it! It’s one of the greatest adventures you’ll ever take.
