What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help North American small and medium sized B2B service businesses grow revenues by applying my proprietary digital sales model, which can be outsourced.

Tell us about yourself

I love to watch a business double in size. I created my Sales2B model by combining two of my working models and evolving it into today's Sales2B model. Helping my clients double their sales while reducing their sales efforts is the driving factor for me every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is growing my business by 400% in 14 months.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The constant battle of being "IN" the business serving clients and getting the work done and being "ON" the business, looking after everything from operations to long-term strategic planning. Knowing what to do and what to delegate or outsource is critical to success.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Only do what is critical for you to do, outsource or delegate everything else.
  2. Plan - strategically and tactically, sales and marketing, growth, cash flow, HR, operations. Then review and revise plans. - Leave 4 hours a week for this function.
  3. Create raving fans of your business.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Being a business owner means there will be some critical, scary, anxious, and happy times. And then next week happens all over again.
