We specialize in lawn maintenance and snow removal as a premier service provider in Wixom/Novi, MI.

Tell us about yourself

I first got started in the industry as a young teenager and simply fell in love with the outdoors and the day-to-day grind of running a green industry business. Over the last 16+ years, we've grown a passion for taking care of our clients and raising the standard in the green industry.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our biggest accomplishment to date is the name and brand we've developed over the last 16 years, including being a great company to work for and providing great service to our clients.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I believe the hardest thing about being a business owner is staying focused, keeping good momentum, and staying true to your company vision.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Develop a vision and business plan for your company. Where do you want to be in 5 years? What type of company do you want to be? What type of work do you want to be known for?
  2. Reinvest as much as you can, for as long as you can. Ignore the shiny objects of life, and stay focused.
  3. Learn people. Learn how to be a motivator of people, how to inspire, and how to help those reach their goals. There's a saying in life, if you help enough people get what they want, you'll automatically get what you want. Learn how to be others-focused first, and then build your business with that talent as you help them blossom in your organization. Not the other way around.
