What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an independent cafe situated in downtown Vancouver. We cater to businesses, offices, and special events. We offer daily soup, sandwiches, daily specials, salad offerings, and Korean-style egg toast.
Tell us about yourself
I love cooking; I am passionate about what I do. I want to offer pure, simple, and tasty dishes to all my customers. I absolutely enjoy catering to weddings or special events. This is very I can get to know the clients and create a custom menu based on their needs.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think through my career as a business owner. My biggest accomplishment is being able to pass my knowledge onto my apprentice.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There isn't a day you can stop thinking about the business. Especially during Covid, how can you attract more people or foot traffic.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Have a solid Concept, provide that dining experience, have a great team to support your operations.
