What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have several businesses under one umbrella! Midlife Conversations is a big focus where I help women navigate life in the 40-65 age range. My biggest area of focus right now is as a Fractional SALES and conversion Strategist “ CSO” (where I spend most of my time for work). I am the GO-TO Coaching EXPERT for SALES, ENROLLMENT, and bringing GOALS to fruition. I know how to get people excited about and enrolled in VISION.
I am the creative strategist and coach that founders, executives, and CEOs turn to to help them break through to the next for their vision and help them find the missing money.
Tell us about yourself
I first built NatalieJillFitness.com out of my OWN need 15 years ago. You can learn more about this business and brand at www.Nataliejillfitness.com. As I grew that brand, it expanded more into my two main focuses- Midlife Conversations and The CFO (Chief Fractional Sales Officer), where I help others with their businesses and brands.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
There are so many it is hard to narrow just one! I would say that I have helped over 150,000 women in midlife transform their life and that I am not focussing on using my gifts to coach and help other executives and leaders level up their brand and reach.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I would say two things ONE: FOCUS. I have so many ideas at any given moment. I have to remind myself to focus on PRIORITIES. SECOND, Shifting. I can think I have the greatest idea in the world, but if it is not profitable, I have to move on.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Hire a coach. Why try to figure it out on your own? Find someone who has done what you want to build and INVEST time and money in that. Hiring a coach is a shortcut and a very smart use of time and money.
- WORK ON YOUR MINDSET first and foremost. It is the most important place to focus if you want to grow.
- Lead yourself and others with VISION. Get crystal clear on your VISION in all areas and operate FROM vision, not circumstances.
