What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a brand strategist and business coach. I help women coaches and consultants create powerful personal brands and profitable online businesses.
Tell us about yourself
Every one of us has a story to tell and a dream in our hearts. Sadly, many women hold onto dreams thinking either they are not enough or don't have what it takes to turn their dreams into reality. This was the story of my mother, who passed away from cancer at the young age of 42. After her passing, I made it my mission to fulfill my dreams in her honor and now use that same mission to help others do the same.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is helping women create an impact in their lives and the lives of others. Watching dreams and ideas turn into a reality where women shine in their brightness is the biggest reward in what I do and continues to be mine why.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest part is when things go wrong. It's easy to take things personally but having things go wrong in business is just part of the learning journey. Try your best to see things as an opportunity to learn, and you will always position yourself for both personal and professional growth.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start where you are. Anywhere, just start. Clarity, along with the answers you seek, will come as a result of the action you take.
- Trust yourself. Don't get caught up listening to what others have to say about what is best for you. Only you know what is right for you.
- Learn to delegate quickly. The more help you have in the areas that you are either not good at or shouldn't be doing will keep you in your zone of genius, and your business will grow faster as a result.
