What's your business, and who are your customers?
Box Top Buzz is a unique OOH marketing company that combines America's favorite food, PIZZA, and advertisers. The platform is designed to bring together advertisers to pizzerias looking to sell their box-top ad space. Like rideshare, Box Top Buzz makes it simple to hitch a ride with your favorite pizzeria. We can instantly put your ad on pizza boxes delivered to homes from our extensive network of 1,000s of pizza locations across the country. Tell us about yourself
I've always loved the freedom of figuring out what I wanted to be when I grew up, whether it was joining the Air Force to see the world or picking up to move to Los Angeles, California, to live the American dream. I've done it, tried it, and got the T-shirt to prove it.
But the real excitement is working for myself and creating a business I can be proud of. So when the opportunity came along to work with a friend who was a pizzeria owner and help them save money on their marketing materials, I jumped at the chance. However, Box Top Buzz has come a long way since then and now has helped the lives of 1,000s of pizza owners and small businesses. So the motivation for me to wake up in the morning is the ability to help people.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I believe that helping others is the key to having a successful business. That's what happens when you team up with us. Whether it's the pizza owner being chosen to host a campaign or the advertiser teaming up with a trusted local pizza brand and being able to reach their customers, it is a simple concept that truly is a win-win for all involved!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Every day is a new set of challenges, but with challenges comes wisdom. It may not seem easy at the time, but all the challenges shape you into a better business owner.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Integrity First.
- Don't Build Your Brand on Borrowed Land - (Buy your domain name and create your website. Social media is borrowed land, and you could wake up one day and realize that it all disappeared overnight, along with your brand.
- Learn from your mistakes.
