We provide acquisition financing to talented individuals who want to buy a small business.

Tell us about yourself

I started Boopos because I wanted to buy an Amazon store, but I could not secure funding. Our customers value flexibility and the ability to rule their own destinies by running their own businesses, which is a motivation I share. Speaking to these people and hearing about their projects is my most powerful energizer.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The thing I'm most proud of is having assembled a team of 40 people who share the same vision and motivations. Our biggest accomplishment as a group is having built a product that can help millions of people fulfill their entrepreneurial projects.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being a business owner does not automatically mean you are a good CEO. Learning to delegate, assembling a team, and letting them work is a big challenge because you need to be conscious of your own limitations and also because managing people is a complex task in itself.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

It can be a long, hard road ahead, and you can't turn back so easily, so:

  1. Make sure your finances are in place. You don't want to run out of gas in the middle of the desert.
  2. Do something you are passionate about. You may spend 10 years doing it.
  3. Get support from people you trust. There will help you through the lows.
