Tell us about yourself
I'm the founder of bnbExcellent, and I'm on a mission to help Airbnb investors succeed! I offer one-on-one guidance, Airbnb classes, and revenue management to help hosts build life-changing and sustainable income effortlessly. A seasoned Superhost to over 35 properties and an Ambassador recruited by Airbnb. I am here to share all of my secrets with you! You can outperform similar properties – by up to 75% - in just a few hours a month - WITHOUT sacrificing the guest experience.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Following my passions and creating a business around it! Most recently, I sold my long-term property management firm, with multiple offers, after building the business from scratch. It was scary to give up a successful business to join the developing Airbnb industry; however, I was in love with the idea of the sharing economy, short-term rentals, and how Airbnb can change lives for the better. Prior to that, I left a very cushy corporate career in investment banking in lieu of entrepreneurship!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being an entrepreneur and visionary is challenging because I always have so many ideas for products, services, and curiosities on how to improve. It can be challenging to decide what to focus on first. I usually roll with what I'm most excited about and what I can implement the fastest.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Network, network, network. Your relationships are key to your success, from mentors to team members that help you run your business to unexpected opportunities because you were in the right place at the right time.
