What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm the host of the Blossom Your Awesome Podcasts. My customers are people looking for inspiration, self-improvement tips, wellness tips, and life hacks.

Tell us about yourself

I have a calling and a deep purpose of inspiring people around the world and eventually creating a global empire that not only inspires people to be their most awesome selves but one that can help me help a lot of impoverished children. I plan on using my platform to help generate funds to donate to children in India. I am a former network tv journalist and work independently. I am here to inspire people through powerful conversations with experts, authors, teachers, and trainers and through my own stories on my site and elsewhere. I feel called to spread a powerful message on a grand scale and leave a legacy with my stories and work.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Blossom Your Awesome Podcast is my biggest accomplishment. It is growing exponentially and has been downloaded in more than 60 countries around the world. It is gaining a lot of momentum and inspires me to keep growing.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Getting up and doing it day in and day out, even when life gets tough. Being your own advocate and voice to keep going even in the beginning when the rewards were zero to none, but forging ahead anyway. Starting from the ground up, believing in yourself, and seeing the dream all the way through.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Believe in yourself, and you can have whatever you want. Dream big and trust you can, and you will do it.
  2. Take the first step. Figure out what it is you want and then start learning about it, research it, learn from experts, ask questions of others in that industry or role and then start taking the steps to manifest that business.
  3. Never ever give up. It will come to pass. It will take a lot of hard work, but you cannot quit. You have to see it all the way through to manifestation. It is absolutely possible.

I believe each and every one of us has awesome potential to grow and evolve into our most awesome selves and to live our most awesome lives.
