What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a marketing agency working with a diverse client base. Ranging from professionals and physicians to service companies and nonprofit organizations, our marketing team adjusts to the needs of each. With an extensive background in digital marketing and product branding, we provide a transparent approach to developing brands and increasing presence to relevant audiences.

Tell us about yourself

Born in Southern California, California. I received fashion design and business marketing degrees. Experience in fashion honed my skills for detail, working under pressure, and "thinking outside the box," while the business exposure provided finance and projection expertise. Promoting a new company or showcasing an established brand, my goals remain in the creativity, growth, and success of our clients. Creativity is my motivation, and growth is my drive.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Working with international figures is an incredible thrill, as well as taking part in the expansion of a start-up or established brand. I naturally have an enthusiastic personality, so the energy created when we succeed is phenomenal.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Time. There needs to be more time in 24 hours! It has nothing to do with efficiency but more to do with inspiration and creativity.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Hire an expert marketing agency. And I don't say that because that's what I do, but new business owners often need to understand the impact of brand management and reputation.
  2. Hire talented people. Functioning and retaining everything about a business is impossible if you have a large company. Hire people who are experts in their field, and you'll always go right.
  3. It takes time. Businesses are rarely an overnight success, and growing too fast has obstacles. Take your time, build relationships, and allow your consumers to see and hear from you. These things build trust, and that's one of the best marketing tools there is.
