I'm a holistic nutritionist and biohacker, helping others reach optimal health in a holistic and sustainable way.

I have a strong passion for health, helping others, and making something out of myself. Motivated internally to succeed and see what I'm truly capable of.

Creating a thriving business during Covid.

Work, life and health balance.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?
Show up and give as much as I can for that day. Doesn't have to be 100%, but has to be something.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
Turning off at a certain time. Listening to my body.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Some days suck, but some are phenomenal as an entrepreneur. Everyone goes through it. If I can push through, so can you :)
