What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is American Detailer Garage. We develop products for the auto care and auto beautification industry. My customers are auto detailers as well as auto enthusiasts.
Tell us about yourself
I got started in my business from my background as a professional auto detailer. My passion for art over the course of 27 years has led to what we do today. I am motivated by developing processes that align with our line of products, as well as seeing other people get excited within our network of customers. Developing products and processes make the detailing process much easier today, so I enjoy seeing others further develop their techniques based on the processes that we have developed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have won several awards within the industry; those are always great. However, my single biggest achievement was delivering the keynote speech in front of the entire industry at The Southern Detailers Conference in 2022.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I think the hardest things about being a business owner would include avoiding distractions, staying focused, time management, managing stress, as well as facing problems daily while being able to move past them without staying frustrated all day.
