Tell us about yourself

Retired 3x Olympian and Olympic Silver Medalist that focuses on speaking at a wide variety of group functions and organizations. I provide high-performance coaching for individuals, groups, and organizations certified through the Jack Canfield "Train the Trainer!" organization.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Started off consulting three technology companies in 2018, and now I am the managing partner and global director of strategic partnerships for both companies.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being 100% accountable for everything the company needs to continue to move forward in the proper way.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take your time and do extensive research on your product, idea, markets, competition, history, etc.
  2. Utilize your resources and find others that can help guide you, mentors/coaches, etc.
  3. Plan your race and race your plan, be prepared for the unknowns, and be in it for the long haul.
