What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is BeyondEQ, Executive Coaching for High Achievers and Teams (Coaching, Consulting, and Recruitment). We also have Aasha T. International, which is an online group program and events for women to embrace Feminine Embodiment and for Men to access their Personal Power through weight release and understanding Emotional and Energetic Intelligence.

Tell us about yourself

Oh, man! I had an amazing wake-up call where I lost everything, including my marriage, rapid weight release ensued, I lost my job, got in a terrible car accident, was assaulted, and had to move countries. I had been stepping into Emotional Intelligence work and was moving slowly, though I started opening up more to the Energy side and Subconscious work when I moved to Bali. This resulted in my wake-up call as my soul kept going and going.

I realized how we all stemmed in energy. And everything boils down to the way we are BALANCED inside to create the outside world. So many people are in trauma bonds with their partners at home and their jobs. They complain to anyone who will listen, or dump so much energy into work that no one else gets the good side of them, etc. And realized this is a major problem causing a lot of divorces and division between men and women.

I dove deeper into Hypnotherapy, Energy work, and Emotional Intelligence to make this as mainstream as possible, as people just do not seem to be able to fix their issues (because they may not be getting to the root of it, something I refer to as band-aiding the issue). I have made it my life's mission to bring this work to people to stop families from separating and also to help children with trauma, with my desire to open up trauma schools internationally.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I was able to launch my Emotional Intelligence business in the middle of my life crumbling and still be able to take over $500,000 in sales in those two years. I am living proof Emotional Intelligence makes people stronger, and you can live your amazing life with no emotional attachments to anything; it is THAT powerful. I also have an amazing team whom I love more than anything; employing 4 people right now is such a beautiful achievement in such a short amount of time. I am proud of us and what we have done together. We have huge visions, and it's so fun to build together!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, at this stage? Not much. I have cleared my money stories, and I honor my emotions and trust myself so much that I know that the emotion I feel at any time is the right one. It is super exciting to be at this place. It took me two years to get here, and I teach businesses to do it in 4 months to 9 months time, so that is pretty cool. Otherwise, I would say the build stage? When you are preparing yourself internally and externally to create the life of your dreams. But, I have so much free time and also LOVE what I do that I don't resonate with 'hard work' in my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. If you desire to be a millionaire, you will get there much faster if you bring Emotional Intelligence and Energetics into your work, hands down. It creates unicorns and removes the stories and limiting beliefs faster.
  2. If you desire to grow, remember how important it is to nurture your team with positive reinforcement and emotional intelligence. They will perform better, and you will accomplish more, as you are only as fast as your slowest person. When you treat your business like energy, this stands true.
  3. Structure your goals in a 12-week Year. This means you get 4 years in one year. We have the next '6 years' outlaid, and that is 18 months. It moves you faster, and again, not stressful with EQ work.
