What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Transformational Coach who trains Coaches to improve their coaching skills and certifies those who desire to become a Coach. My clients are people who are ready to take a deep dive into their own growth as well as have the desire to help others heal and grow as well. Everyone will be able to address any personal T/traumas in their life, which affords them the ability and know-how to carry this transformation to others.
Tell us about yourself
I started due to experiencing trauma myself. I was already a Coach when I realized the four pillars of wellness that allowed my life to change - I wanted to take it to others so that through our outreach, we can offer others the opportunity to create a Whole Healed Life - however that looks to them!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Watching many heal from anxiety and depression and transform and love the life they are living. Creating the coaching course is a pretty amazing accomplishment as well. It is an intensive program, but the rewards are great...and well, making over six figures- that was amazing too!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The balance between 'Yes' and 'No.'
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- If starting a business is calling you - just do it! Entrepreneurship is a gift!
- Understand that growing a coaching business takes more than social media. In fact, networking is incredibly important.
- Don't be afraid of long hours - love them - appreciate that you have them to create the team and business you desire.
