What's your business, and who are your customers?
My name is Beth Gunier, and I am a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur's Source, which is a nationwide coaching firm specializing in helping people discover options that meet their goals, needs, and expectations. I work with folks who are typically at a crossroads in their career to help them better understand and potentially explore self-sufficiency, business ownership, and the franchise landscape.
Tell us about yourself
I personally was seeking ways to be self-sufficient, but I didn't know how to get there. I was introduced to a Career Ownership Coach in 2019, in which I went on a Discovery Journey to identify my goals, needs, and expectations that I had for my next long-term career plan. I now help others learn about accomplishing their goals, needs, and expectations, both personally and professionally.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
In my line of work, I help others go into business for themselves, and when they open their business doors and go out and help or serve others in their communities, I feel that I had a small domino effect on that.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I think the hardest thing when it comes to being a business owner is taking the first step toward your dream.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
