What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help women who have spent their whole life taking care of others and have loved doing so. Now they are ready to prioritize their own health. I have found answers that are too good not to share! We partner to fix fatigue, balance hormones and optimize brain health so they can thrive for decades to come.
Tell us about yourself
When I turned 40, I didn't feel as vibrant and healthy, and alive as I previously had. When I went to my doctor, I had a physical and was told I was fine. I wanted more than fine for myself. I went looking for answers and found them, and now I have a passion for helping others find optimal health and create a life they love.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I LOVE that I get to help people in such a meaningful way and have fun doing so.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Having boundaries and honoring them. This is necessary for me to be able to continue doing what I do for many years to come.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Visualize what you want for yourself. You can truly create anything you want in life!
- Take small steps each day toward your desired goal.
- Keep going. There is no such thing as failure. Either you win, or you learn.
