What's your business, and who are your customers?
At BCI, we provide intelligent healthcare claims analysis. We identify, solve and prevent cases of waste, fraud & abuse. We help our clients recover plan assets.
Tell us about yourself
My Partner and I started BCI in 2019 to help corporations identify fraud in their healthcare plans. We are a software company that can find wrongdoing and helps recoup funds for them. I am a partner and Exec. V. P., & COO.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping unsuspecting clients right the wrongs in their healthcare plans. It is a real educational process for lots of executives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Capitalization, team-building, marketing.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
It will probably take twice as long and take twice as much money to get started as you think.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Work diligently to be customer focused and tailor all presentations to their needs.
