Tell us about yourself
I have led many companies and always found that the rubber meets the road at the junction of ideas and action. Lots of people have a lot of ideas, but a lot don't execute the ones that are most meaningful to them. So I developed a solution that addresses both mindset and tools to address that spot.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing a company from $11 to almost 11M and 300 employees in 12 locations in different states.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Building a team. Most difficult but also most rewarding
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Take care of yourself.
- Be honest with what's going on [with yourself and others].
