What's your business, and who are your customers?

We make custom shirts, decals, and much more. We are a small, independently-owned business in Missouri. Our main customer base is individuals looking for custom shirts or decals. We have recently expanded into bulk sales.

Tell us about yourself

I started my business last year (2021) after I had a house fire and lost everything. I am also a recovering drug addict and want to show the world there is more to me than addiction.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Within a week of being opened, I landed a 400-piece order. I managed to get it done before the deadline, all the while working a full-time job.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a small business owner, the hardest part I having to manage everything and making sure everything is getting done.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Study and learn everything you can about the business you are starting. Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook are your best friends.
  2. Have good record keeping.
  3. Stay away from copyrighted and trademarked items. You may get away with it today, but you could be shut down and sued tomorrow.
