What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a cityscape, interior and real estate photographer. My clients are municipalities, travel agencies, hotels and city marketing firms.

Tell us about yourself

I worked in media for years as a media specialist and developer. In 2015 I started my own media form. But quickly rediscovered photography. Since then, I have switched only to photography services.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Releasing three books with my work.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Going at it alone. And finding new clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Don't look at others too much.
  2. Learn but do your own thing.
  3. Don't listen to naysayers.
