What's your business, and who are your customers?

Bale Business Services provides expert consulting services for business process optimization, project management, lean performance improvement, brand creation, website development, social media marketing, and operational assistance.

Tell us about yourself

Since early on in my professional career, I have dreamed of working for myself and creating an organization that reflects my methodologies. I am a big believer in efficiency and optimization; creating my business based on these factors allows me to share my passion with others by spreading awareness, improving efficiency, and, generally, their profits. Every day I feel motivated and driven to help people improve because this is what I love; seeing people progress and enjoy what they do is very fulfilling.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment so far is winning the "2022 Best of Thomasville Award in the Consultant category by the Thomasville Award Program!" This was a surprise to me as my business has only been operating for around 7 months.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing that comes with a business is not to get disheartened when you think things aren't going too well. Perseverance is key! Rome wasn't Built in a day!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take the leap and start; that initial commitment is key to success, and you can work out the kinks as you move along.
  2. Persevere, and do not give up; you only need it to go right once, which could change your life.
  3. Marketing, be active and market in as many channels as possible.
  4. Lastly - Have fun! Doing something you enjoy turns it into a hobby, no work!
